RETURNS + EXCHANGES
we’re a small business and want you to truly love what you purchase from West of May. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit or exchange on eligible items.
here’s how it works:
- returns for store credit or exchange must be initiated within 14 days of your purchase (or delivery date for online orders).
- items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
- all sale items, hats, accessories, and self-care items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
to start a return or exchange, please email us at may@shopwestofmay.com with your order number and reason for return. we’ll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.
