here’s how it works:

• returns for store credit or exchange must be initiated within 14 days of your purchase (or delivery date for online orders).
• items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
• all sale items, hats, accessories, and self-care items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
